REMAKES

• Henley Polos, Round Necks, Shorts, and Outerwear: Ordered these in the wrong size? No stress! Items picked from our size chart are eligible for an exchange. No questions asked.
• Button-Down Shirts: In line with our mindful  production and sustainability approach, our button down shirts are not mass produced, if you happen to order the wrong size we’ll gladly remake 1 button-down shirt for free if it’s based on our size chart and not custom-made. Let us help you get the perfect fit! 🌍✨
• Pants: Since our pants are custom-tailored to your exact measurements, they aren’t eligible for exchanges. However, we’re happy to offer a 20% discount on remakes—a gesture that shows we’re taking a cut to make things right for you. Please double-check your dimensions before ordering, and if you need help, don’t hesitate to reach out. We’re always here for you!

General Returns and Exchanges INFO:

• Hassle-Free Returns: You can return or exchange any unworn, unwashed, and undamaged item within 10 days of delivery.
• Exchanges: We’ll do our best to exchange for the item you want, but this process might vary depending on the item. Please read the paragraph above.

How It Works

1. Contact Us: Let us know within 10 days of receipt that you’d like to return or exchange.
2. Processing: We’ll provide a return authorization number.
3. Packaging: Pack your item securely in its original packaging with tags attached.
4. Shipping: Courier charges apply unless the issue is on us

Damaged or Defective Items:

• Our Mistake: If you received a damaged or wrong item, let us know ASAP.
• We’ll Fix It: We’ll replace, repair, or refund the item.
