Therefore, we have a friendly returns and exchange policy to ensure a hassle-free experience for our customers. Please read the following policy carefully:

  1. Eligibility
    a. Henley shirts, chinos shorts, lounge shorts and, hoodies overshirts can be exchanged for correct sizes if ordered in the wrong size
    b.Because we make our button down shirts and trousers from scratch, we currently do not offer exchanges on them if ordered in wrong sizes. In the event that you ordered a button down shirt in the wrong size we can have them re-made in your correct size at a 20% discount. Most importantly, if you need any assistance with figuring out your correct size please reach out to us, we are always happy to help, and plentifully at that. Please don’t do guess work. 
    c. Following the terms above you may return or exchange any unworn, unwashed, and undamaged item purchased from our online store within 10 days of the delivery date.
    d. Exchanges are subject to availability.
  2. Return Process
    a. Initiation: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team via email or phone within 10 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and a brief explanation for the return.
    b. Return Authorization: Our customer service team will guide you through the return process and provide you a timeline for the exchange
    c. Packaging: Ensure that the item is in its original packaging with all tags attached.
    d. Shipping: You are responsible for the return shipping costs, except in cases where we made an error with your order.

    a. Initiation: To initiate an exchange, please follow the return process mentioned above and indicate your desire for an exchange when contacting our customer service team.
    b. Availability: Exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested item is not available, we will provide you with alternative options or issue a refund.

    b. Personalized Items: Items that have been personalized or altered according to your request are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless they are faulty.
