No Worries, We’ve Got You Covered

At Eccentric Menswear, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, no problem! Here’s how to return or exchange your item:

Size Issues:

  • Exchanges for Polos & Overshirts : We offer easy exchanges for our polos, overshirts, and hoodies to make sure you get the perfect fit.
    just send ’em back for the right size. These items are ready to wear.
  • Exchanges for Button Down Shirts: If you happen to order the wrong size, we offer a one-time remake in the correct size for a single shirt within your order. To request a remake, simply return the original garment to Eccentric. Remakes follow the same production and delivery schedule as new orders—please check our shipping page for current delivery timelines.Remakes are subject to fabric availability. If the original fabric is no longer in stock, you may select an alternative of equal or lesser value.
  • Exchanges for Trousers: At this time, we don’t offer exchanges for pants. To ensure the best fit, we recommend visiting us in person for measurements or providing accurate measurements from a professional tailor.

General Returns and Exchanges:

  • Hassle-Free Returns: You can return or exchange any unworn, unwashed, and undamaged item within 10 days of delivery.
  • Exchanges: We’ll do our best to exchange for the item you want, but availability might vary.

How it Works:

  1. Contact Us: Let us know you want to return or exchange your item within 7 days of receipt.
  2. Packaging: Pack the item securely in its original packaging with tags.
  3. Shipping: You’ll cover the return shipping cost, unless it’s our mistake on our end.

Refunds:

  • Once we note an error on our end, we’ll process your refund.
  • Allow 2-3 business days for the refund to show up.

Items That Can’t Be Exchanged

  • Final Sale: Clearance or discounted items can’t be returned or exchanged, unless faulty.
  • Custom Orders: Personalized or altered items are final sale.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • Our Mistake: If you received a damaged or wrong item, let us know ASAP.
  • We’ll Fix It: We’ll replace, repair, or refund the item.
