At Eccentric Menswear, your order means the world to us. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. Here’s our simple process for remakes, returns, and exchanges:

REMAKES

• Henley Polos, Round Necks, Shorts, and Outerwear: Ordered these in the wrong size? No stress! Items picked from our size chart are eligible for an exchange. No questions asked.
• Button-Down Shirts: In line with our views on mindful production our button-down shirts are made per order, not mass produced, if you happen to order the wrong size on your first order, we’ll gladly remake 1 button-down shirt for free if the size previously selected is based on our size chart and not custom-made.
• Pants: Since our pants are custom-tailored to your exact measurements, they aren’t eligible for exchanges. However, we’re happy to offer a 25% discount on remakes—a gesture that shows we’re taking a cut to make things right for you.

  Please double-check your dimensions before ordering, and if you need help, don’t hesitate to reach out.

General Returns and Exchanges INFO:

• Hassle-Free Returns: You can return or exchange any unworn, unwashed, and undamaged item within 10 days of delivery. Please ensure the returns come with the complete packaging : nylons, cards, collar stands etc
• Exchanges: We’ll do our best to exchange for the item you want, but this process might vary depending on the item. Incase said item is sold out, you may have to make another selection.

How It Works

1. Contact Us: Let us know within 10 days of receipt that you’d like to return or exchange.
2. Packaging: Pack your item securely in its original packaging with tags attached.
3. Shipping: Courier charges apply.

Damaged or Defective Items:

• Our Mistake: If you received a damaged or wrong item, let us know ASAP.
• We’ll Fix It: We’ll replace, repair, or refund the item.
