At Eccentric Menswear, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, no problem! Here’s how to return or exchange your item:
Size Issues:
- Easy Exchanges: For Henley shirts, chinos, shorts, and hoodies/overshirts, just send ’em back for the right size.
- Custom Pieces: Our button-down shirts and trousers are made to order, so we can’t exchange them. But don’t worry, we can remake them in the right size for a 20% discount. Reach out to us for sizing help to avoid this.
General Returns and Exchanges:
- Hassle-Free Returns: You can return or exchange any unworn, unwashed, and undamaged item within 10 days of delivery.
- Exchanges: We’ll do our best to exchange for the item you want, but availability might vary.
How it Works:
- Contact Us: Let us know you want to return or exchange your item within 10 days.
- Authorization: We’ll give you a return authorization number.
- Packaging: Pack the item securely in its original packaging with tags.
- Shipping: You’ll cover the return shipping cost, unless it’s our mistake.
Refunds:
- Once we get the return, we’ll process your refund.
- Allow 2-3 business days for the refund to show up.
Can’t Return It?
- Final Sale: Clearance or discounted items can’t be returned or exchanged, unless faulty.
- Custom Orders: Personalized or altered items are final sale.
Damaged or Defective Items:
- Our Mistake: If you received a damaged or wrong item, let us know ASAP.
- We’ll Fix It: We’ll replace, repair, or refund the item.
