RETURN & EXCHANGES

  1.  Kindly check your items to confirm if there’s any errors as soon as you receive them. Returns & exchange requests must be initiated not later than 1 week after items have been received.
  2. Returns initiated outside of the stipulated time outlined above may not be processed.
  3. When a return request is initiated, we will make a scheduled pickup or exchange, time and date will be communicated.
  4. If there happens to be a defect(stains or tears) on your item(s), by we are truly sorry about this, kindly notify us, we will pick up the items 1-2 working days after your complaint has been made and have it replaced. Pick Up and delivery charges will be handled by us.
  5. In the rare event of your package being lost in transit, we are responsible for this and will replace your items completely (terms of service still apply).
  6. Because we make our button down shirts and trousers from scratch, we currently do not offer exchanges on them if ordered in wrong sizes. In the event that you ordered a button down shirt in the wrong size we can have them re-made in your correct size at a 20% discount. Most importantly, if you need any assistance with figuring out your correct size please reach out to us, we are always happy to help, and plentifully at that. Please don’t do guess work. 
  7. Henley shirts, chinos shorts, lounge shorts and, hoodies overshirts can be exchanged for correct sizes if ordered in the wrong size.
  8. Courier charges apply for exchange requests
  9. Please note that all of our Henley shirts and round necks the slightly differ in texture. 
  10. If we are provided with measurements taken by a third party tailor, we wont be responsible for issues regarding fit.
  11. In the event that an exchange is requested please note that we can’t guarantee that we’ll be able to replace the exact shirt of your choice as our fabrics are exclusive and sourced in limited quantities. You can pick a different available item or the value of that item can be kept as a store credit and can be used by you anytime.
  12. Please make sure all returns or exchanges are unused, unwashed and unworn and sent back  with complete packaging items (carrier bag, shirt bag, delivery sticker and collar stands).
